Next up for this global powerhouse is to continue expanding their eCommerce team with a Digital Analytics Manager who will ensure digital performance insights drive growth, efficiency and customer engagement.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution as you lead a team to drive data-informed decision making across their eCommerce and marketplace businesses. You will work cross-functionally with teams in Digital, Marketing, IT and Technology to optimise user experience and maximise revenue opportunities by understanding customer behaviour, site performance, audience attributes and segmentation as well as financial/business metrics.
The ideal candidate has a passion for data analytics with strong stakeholder management and the ability to bridge the communication gap from technical insights to the non-technical teams.
