We're looking for a Digital Analytics Coordinator to join the Communications Directorate at the Royal College of Radiologists. In this role, you'll analyse performance across our website, email and social channels, turning complex data into clear insight that helps shape how we plan and evaluate content and campaigns. You'll also help ensure we're measuring digital activity effectively, using tools including GA4 and Google Tag Manager to implement and maintain tracking.
Working closely with colleagues across the Content and Brand teams, you'll help us understand what's working, how our members are engaging with our content and where we can improve. Your insight will help us make evidence-based decisions, test and learn from what we do, and improve the digital experience we provide for our members.
Experience in a membership organisation, charity or not-for-profit environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
