Job summary

Royal London is seeking a Digital Analyst to join the Mobile & Digital team and help shape and evolve digital solutions for our mobile app. You will work in agile squads, translating ideas into clear requirements and delivering end-to-end changes with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll collaborate with Digital Managers, Product Owners, UX/UI designers, engineers and testers to continuously improve and maintain compelling digital propositions for customers in a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Experience of digital delivery in an agile environment.
• Ability to analyse customer, market or business insight to inform digital product decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insight into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of financial services or regulated environments.

As a Digital Proposition Analyst within our Mobile Squads, you’ll help design and deliver digital-first features for our mobile app.
