Responsibilities

• Train to become a super user of key platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Apollo, LinkedIn and Cognism.
• Act as the first point of contact for colleagues requiring support with digital tools, AI applications and business systems.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and operational teams to improve processes and increase productivity.
• Support lead generation, prospect research and data enrichment activities using Apollo, LinkedIn and Cognism.
• Create reports, presentations and business content using AI-powered tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve workflows through technology and AI.
• Maintain accurate data across business systems and support effective information management.
• Contribute ideas and support projects that drive digital transformation across the business.
