Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy seeks a senior Portfolio/Programme Leader to govern a Digital & AI portfolio, align investment with business objectives, and deliver value across complex, regulated environments.

You will integrate demand, prioritisation and capacity management while reporting to senior stakeholders and guiding governance across product, data, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Significant experience in portfolio or programme leadership within digital, technology, data, automation, AI or business change environments.
Experience managing integrated portfolios, including demand intake, prioritisation, sequencing, capacity management and dependency management.
Experience developing value cases, benefits tracking approaches and delivery confidence reporting.
Experience preparing governance materials and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Good analytical skills with the ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities and complex dependencies.
Experience operating within agile, product, programme and governance delivery environments.
Solid communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders constructively using evidence, insight and clear recommendations.
Experience developing portfolio dashboards, governance routines and best practice.
Strategic mindset with a clear focus on value, outcomes, risk management and delivery confidence.
Professional qualifications in portfolio, programme or project management.
Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues on portfolio management principles and best practice.
Candidates must undergo pre-employment screening and satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting
