Job summary

thisisglobal is seeking a Digital Ad Operations Assistant to support day-to-day campaigns across digital audio, display, mobile and video formats. The role focuses on accurate delivery and heightened customer satisfaction, working within a fast-paced team.

You will assist in approvals, forecasting and some campaign setup alongside the AdOps Execs, gaining hands-on experience in ad technology and operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate seeking experience in Digital Advertising.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with HTML/JavaScript desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all digital audio, display, app and mobile campaigns.
• Support in sourcing and distributing Audio assets to the team.
• Own Enterprise campaigns across DAX and Display where needed.
• Ensure standard daily reporting is completed for the team.
• Help sales plan campaigns by running avails across DAX and Display.
