Job summary

ASDA is seeking a Campaign Assistant - Digital Ad Operations Specialist to join the Media team at Asda House. You will support end-to-end delivery of digital retail media campaigns across onsite and offsite channels, helping set up, monitor and optimise campaigns while collaborating with internal teams and partners.

The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in a Home Office and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media, ecommerce, marketing, or campaign operations is desirable.
• Understanding of digital campaign delivery, including trafficking, monitoring and reporting.
• Awareness of onsite and offsite media channels such as sponsored products, digital display and paid social.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, setup and delivery of digital media campaigns across onsite and offsite channels.
• Coordinate campaign information, creative assets and approvals to ensure activity launches accurately and on time.
• Monitor live campaigns against budgets, timelines and performance objectives.
• Identify delivery issues and revenue risks, escalating them with proposed solutions.
• Produce accurate campaign reports and keep trackers up to date.
