Zusammenfassung

Frasers Group is seeking a proactive Digital Trading professional to drive day-to-day website trading, analyse performance and optimise campaigns. You will work closely with digital marketing, commercial and optimisation teams to deliver actions that lift conversion and revenue across established digital sites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in digital trading or ecommerce management within retail or consumer brands, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in GA, Contentsquare and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare and Excel user.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms.
• Analytical with strong reporting skills and attention to detail.
• At least 2 years in a similar digital trading or ecommerce management role in retail or consumer brand.
• Valid working rights for the UK countries.

Aufgaben

• Execute day-to-day trading of the website(s) under guidance of the Trading Activation Lead and Trading Managers.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly trade with detailed analysis of key business drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor trading performance, customer behaviour and competitor activity to support day-to-day trading decisions.
• Oversee and report on weekly site content for changes, campaigns and brand partner updates.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns and promotional activity timelines and dependencies.
• Communicate product priorities, trading plans and campaigns to digital marketing and optimisation teams.
• Coordinate evergreen and seasonal content to drive SEO, engagement and conversion.
• Improve product content and resolve issues to optimise sales.
• Support day-to-day trading by reacting to performance trends and commercial priorities to maximise revenue.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and growing Digital Trading team working on established digital websites. Key Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Senior Digital Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful execution of campaign, brand and promotional strategies, working closely with digital marketing, commercial and optimisation teams to deliver trading actions that drive conversion, customer engagement and key commercial KPIs.

• Executing day-to-day trading of a website(s), under the guidance of the Trading Activation Lead and Trading Managers
• Manage reporting of daily, weekly, monthly trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and delivering actionable recommendations to ensure sales and contribution targets are achieved
• Utilising available resources to monitor trading performance, customer behaviour and competitor activity, providing insight to support day to day trading decisions
• Oversee and report on the weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions and brand partner updates.
• End-to-end management of all critical paths for campaign and promotional activity, including awareness of upcoming activities
• Ensure clear communication of product priorities, trading plans and campaign activity to digital marketing and optimisation teams
• Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversion.
• Manage process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales
• Support the day-to-day trading of the website, reacting quickly to performance trends, commercial priorities and customer behaviour to maximise revenue and conversion opportunities.
• People Management.
• Set clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Digital Activation Assistant(s) as relevant
• Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.
• Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall digital strategy
• Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring digital KPI's are understood and achievable for all

Requirements:

• Valid working rights for the UK countries
