The Digital Account Director role

Working with a portfolio of luxury property and interiors clients, the Digital Account Director will oversee the agency's digital marketing services, including paid and organic social media, digital content, and influencer marketing. The role involves managing a team of six digital marketers, each with their own specialization, to ensure integrated and coherent strategies and execution across all disciplines. It combines creative vision, strategic planning, and excellent client management.

There is significant potential for career progression, with this role preparing the individual to become Head of Digital as the agency expands.

Requirements for the Digital Account Director:

• Approximately 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on social media and digital content marketing
• Agency-side experience in PR, digital, or social media is essential
• Preferably experience working with property, interiors, or luxury lifestyle clients
• Experience managing or overseeing a team
• Ability to commute to South West London 4 days a week

The salary for the Digital Account Director ranges from £50,000 to £65,000, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, membership to a private club, and a generous holiday allowance with Christmas closure.
