Are you a compassionate Dietitian with experience working with people with mental illness? Join Thornford Park as a Dietitian.
As a Dietitian, you will support service users within the hospital’s secure mental health and learning disabilities services with a range of conditions, working as part of a multi-professional team.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the dietetic service across the hospital, implementing the Hospital’s Nutrition and Hydration Strategy, and helping people make healthier eating and drinking choices.
With experience managing a caseload, you will conduct assessments, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes according to care plans.

This is a part-time, 30-hour per week, permanent role, initially supported by the current lead dietitian.

Work location:
Thornford Park, a facility with medium secure, low secure units, and rehabilitation flats, supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation. You will work with a multidisciplinary team providing personalized assessment and treatment for males with mental illness, complex care needs, or personality disorders, including those with histories of offending or previous placement failures.
