Job summary

Reset Health in London is seeking a Dietetic Associate Practitioner (DAP) to join our on-site team. This full-time role supports adults with obesity and related long-term conditions under supervision, delivering protocol-led nutrition and behaviour-change services.

You will help maintain patient flow, complete documentation, and work with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective care within defined pathways and digital delivery platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or wellbeing settings with patient education.
• Experience delivering behaviour change interventions.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol-led lifestyle, nutrition and behaviour change support.
• Conduct structured follow-up appointments and collect outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per standards.
• Escalate concerns to a registered clinician when needed.
• Collaborate with senior staff to support service delivery.
