  • Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues in PACCAR diesel engines and Peterbilt/Kenworth chassis
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance services
  • Utilize troubleshooting trees/schematics to identify failures
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections to assess the condition of engines and recommend necessary repairs
  • Work closely with other team members and departments
  • Maintain detailed records
  • Stay up to date with the latest PACCAR diagnostic tools, software updates, and repair techniques
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations
  • Other duties, as assigned
