Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Nairn, near Inverness, is looking for a Diesel Fitter. The role splits between the company workshop and customer sites, performing dismantling, diagnosis and fitting on a range of diesel pumps, gearboxes and engines.

You will be apprentice trained in mechanical engineering with proven diesel fitting experience (pumps or engines). A full driving licence is non negotiable, and you should be prepared for site visits and callouts.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained in mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience in Diesel Fitting, ideally on Pumps or Engines
• Confident in your ability to strip repair and fit mechanical components
• Previous experience as a diesel fitter for the marine sector would be a bonus
• Based within a commutable distance of Nairn, Inverness
• Full Driving licence - Non negotiable

Responsabilités

Position: Diesel Fitter

Location: Nairn, Inverness

Rate: £16.93 (£34,334 per annum)

Diesel Fitter required for a well-established specialist supplier of hydraulic and Electric Submersible Pumps. The successful Candidate will be undertaking Dismantling, repair and fitting responsibilities on a range of Diesel Pumps, Gearboxes and Diesel Engines.

Diesel Fitter Salary & Benefits

• £16.93 per hour
• Full time, 39 hour week
• Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 16:30 Friday 8:00 - 15:30
• Overtime Available
• 33 Days holiday including public holidays
