Job summary

Bouygues Civil Works Division in London seeks a Project Manager for Diaphragm Wall works on the Lower Thames Crossing. You will lead safety, quality, and delivery across planning to completion on a major infrastructure project.

The role requires a Civil/Geotechnical Engineering degree and proven diaphragm wall experience, with responsibility for plant and subcontractors. On-site, full-time, 2-year FTC, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Proven experience delivering diaphragm wall works on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical understanding of deep foundations and retaining structures.
• Experience managing specialist plant and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of diaphragm wall construction from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate construction activities and ensure safety, quality and budget compliance.
• Determine project priorities to optimize resource use and delivery.
• Review productivity and profitability, and monitor client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and training to the team to drive efficiency.
