Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment supports a dialysis clinic in the Boston, Lincolnshire area seeking a Clinic Manager. The role leads clinic operations, ensures an excellent patient journey, and liaises with NHS Trusts and the CQC with regional support.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with active NMC registration, strong leadership, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Involves Monday–Saturday shifts with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with an active NMC pin is required.
• Experience leading in outpatient haemodialysis is preferred.
• Strong communication and a collaborative leadership style requested.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and operations management of the clinic
• Providing a seamless patient journey and an inviting environment for clients through all touch points
• Liaising with NHS Trusts or the CQC with the Regional Manager support
• Implementing new processes to drive quality improvements within the clinic
• Onboarding new teammates alongside the wider team
• Developing positive relationships with patients and handling complaints
• Ensuring compliance with clinical, governance and regulatory systems and policies
• Maintaining accurate records and timely report submissions
