Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a leading UK healthcare provider to recruit a Clinic Manager for a dialysis clinic in the Boston, Lincolnshire area. The role requires a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin and offers a permanent, full-time position with day shifts, Monday to Saturday.

You will lead clinic operations, ensure a smooth patient journey, and drive quality improvements with support from the Regional Manager. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Outpatient haemodialysis leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic leadership and daily operations.
• Ensure a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment.
• Liaise with NHS Trusts and CQC with Regional Manager support.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives across the clinic.
• Onboard new teammates and manage performance.
• Build positive relationships with patients and handle complaints.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate records.
