Fresenius Medical Care in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a proactive Healthcare Assistant to support the dialysis unit. You will work under a Registered Nurse, preparing and maintaining areas and equipment for treatments, ensuring a safe environment for patients and visitors.

The role involves extensive walking between patients and some lifting, with full training provided. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with shifts from 07:00 to 23:00, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred.
• Healthcare background preferred for patient-facing role.
• Full-time role with 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, restore and maintain areas and equipment for clinical treatments.
• Ensure treatment environment is safe for patients, relatives and visitors.
• Walk between patients and assist the nursing team; follow procedures and training.
• Regular training and guidance provided to develop knowledge of company practice.
