Job summary

Abbott's UK & Ireland Core Diagnostics Spare Parts Depot seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team responsible for safe, efficient management of warehouse activities and timely delivery of diagnostic components across the UK and Ireland.

You will coach and develop staff, drive KPIs, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and maintain proactive collaboration with field service and customer operations to minimise disruption and optimise service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Experience in regulated or quality-focused environments.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
