Job summary

STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd, on behalf of a leading diagnostics company, is hiring two Production Operatives to join their growing team in the UK. The role suits individuals with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.

You will manufacture and package diagnostic products, maintain accurate production records, operate lab equipment, and follow GMP/GDP procedures. Training is provided, with shift patterns of 6am-2pm, 9am-5pm, or 2pm-10pm and a salary of £29,520 per year.

Qualifications

• Standard Grade or equivalent in English and Maths.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using IT systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• GMP/laboratory experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing and packaging of diagnostic products.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment.
• Perform filling, labelling, and packaging tasks to high standards.
• Manage stock and materials efficiently.
• Follow all GMP, GDP, and internal quality procedures.
