The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior BI lead to head the diagnostics analytics team. You will oversee dashboards, reporting and forecasting for diagnostic capacity and patient pathways, managing staff and the Tableau Curator platform for ICB and Alliance reporting.

We are looking for a quantitative degree with health analytics experience, capable of translating clinical needs into analytical solutions and presenting complex results to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative subject such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or Operational Research.
• Significant proven experience in health analytics.
• Post-graduate diploma or equivalent specialist knowledge and experience.
• Experience in health and social care as a provider or commissioner.
• Comprehensive project methodology experience (PRINCE2, Agile or similar).
• Ability to present complex analytics to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery and development of BI, analytics and reporting solutions for diagnostic services.
• Provide day-to-day leadership of the BI function and develop analytical capability.
• Oversee dashboards, performance reports and visualisations for performance management.
• Identify intelligence needs and turn them into analytical solutions.
• Promote best practice in visualisation, analysis and reporting; support forecasting.
• Own the Tableau Curator platform and data warehouse direction.
• Coordinate end-user support and training for informatics products.
• Manage staff including recruitment, induction and development.
