Job summary

Nottingham Audi, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our busy Aftersales team. You will work with premium brands, using the latest diagnostic technology in a modern workshop environment.

You will diagnose and repair to Audi standards, complete service tasks, and ensure quality health and safety, with a collaborative approach within the workshop. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Experience as Vehicle Technician; franchise experience desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to Audi standards.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.
• Completing work efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
• Accurately completing job cards and health check reports.
• Working collaboratively within the workshop team.
• Ensuring health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
