Job summary

Vindis Group Ltd. is seeking an Audi Diagnostic Technician to join the Aftersales Team in Cambridge. You will diagnose complex faults and perform high-level repairs to exacting standards while safeguarding vehicles and maintaining an organised workshop.

The role requires Level 3 Qualified (IMI or equivalent) diagnostics, and previous experience in a main dealer or VW/VAG environment. You will mentor junior techs and contribute to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and resolving faults with Audi systems.
• Ability to repair to manufacturer and company standards.
• Experience mentoring junior technicians.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex faults using advanced Audi systems.
• Perform high-level repairs and maintenance to standards.
• Support and mentor junior technicians.
• Collaborate with Service team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate electronic service records.
• Uphold housekeeping and workshop standards.
