Job summary

Nottingham Audi is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our busy Aftersales team. You will carry out servicing, maintenance and diagnostics to the highest Audi standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, complete job cards and health checks, and work collaboratively within the workshop team while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician; franchise experience desirable but not required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proactive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to the highest Audi standards, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.

You Will Ideally Have

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician (franchise experience desirable but not essential).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A proactive, team-focused attitude.
