Job summary

Marshall BMW + MINI Grimsby is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our high‑performing aftersales team. You’ll carry out diagnostic, warranty and repair work, including EV tasks if qualified, following manufacturer standards.

We offer substantial training, career development and excellent benefits, including 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance and a contributory pension. You’ll work 45 hours a week, including weekends on a rota.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance with a diagnostic qualification.
• Experience as a diagnostic technician or mechanic preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• Complete EV work (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs to standards.
• Use diagnostic tools/software to identify and resolve issues.
• Assist Apprentice Technicians with development where needed.
