Job summary

Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Southampton is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our busy aftersales team in a 14‑bay workshop. You will work alongside experienced technicians, drawing on Mercedes‑Benz knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicle systems, with strong training support from the UK pathway.

The role offers a basic salary of £35,747 and an OTE of £42,000 (uncapped), Monday to Friday 08:00–16:30 with every fourth Saturday 08:00–13:00, plus benefits such as 25 days leave, pension

• Must hold Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (IMI/City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and quality standards are required.

We're looking for a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our busy aftersales team. Based in our 14-bay workshop, you'll work alongside two Master Technicians, a Diagnostic Technician and a team of experienced Service Technicians, drawing on a wealth of Mercedes-Benz knowledge with team members bringing 15 to 40 years of experience. Supported by the Mercedes-Benz UK training pathway and ongoing in-house development, you'll have excellent opportunities to enhance your skills and develop your career. Off-site parking is available.
