Job summary

Evans Halshaw Ford Chester is looking for a Ford Technician to join a high‑performing workshop. A flexible 4 day working week is available, with options for a 40 or 42.5 hour week and a £2,000 joining bonus.

Basic salary ranges from £30,185 to £42,371 depending on skills and experience, with an OTE from £32,615 to £46,601 and uncapped earning potential. 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance, and training await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience completing cam belt and clutch replacements.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Technical knowledge to carry out repairs and maintenance to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Perform cam belt and clutch replacements where required.
• Work to the highest quality standards and productivity targets.

FLEXIBLE 4 DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE - This can be discussed at interview stage, as well as the option of a 40 or 42.5 hour working week

• Basic Salary from £30,185 up to £42,371 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £32,615 up to £46,601, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Experience of completing cam belt and clutch replacements
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
