Evans Halshaw Ford Darlington is seeking a Ford Technician to join our busy workshop. You will perform repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, supported by a comprehensive manufacturer training program and ongoing development opportunities.

We offer a flexible 4-day working week, with a basic salary from £39,520 to £42,192 depending on skills and experience, and an OTE range of £43,120 to £45,792. A joining bonus of £2,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience in cam belt and clutch replacements.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Technical knowledge to confidently carry out repairs and maintenance.
• Committed to high quality standards and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Adhere to workshop safety and quality standards.
• Utilise workshop systems and equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and teamwork.

FLEXIBLE 4-DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE – Salaries are based on a 45 hour working week. Alternative 40 and 42.5-hour working patterns are also available and can be discussed at interview stage.

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Experience of completing cam belt and clutch replacements
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
