Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a nurse specialist to deliver specialist diabetes knowledge and care to patients within an integrated service framework across NLAG and partners.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for accessing the specialist service and will undertake procedures, provide expert advice, and offer structured education and ongoing support tailored to individual needs.
