Are you a Diabetes Practice Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a leader in health improvement services across the UK, is expanding their team in Bristol. With a salary of up to £44,000 and a car allowance of £5,400, this role provides a comprehensive benefits package. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, including private medical insurance and an annual bonus scheme. Role Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to improve patient outcomes in line with Diabetes guidelines
• Identify and optimize care for patients with sub-optimally controlled Type 2 diabetes
• Conduct point-of-care testing and refer for specialist insulin treatment as needed
• Provide education, support, and advice to patients with Type 2 Diabetes
• Fulfill corporate nursing responsibilities and contribute to a proactive care approach

Candidate Requirements

• A Diabetes diploma or equivalent EN qualification
• At least 3 years of post-registration experience managing diabetes in primary care
• Strong knowledge and confidence in educating and advising Type 2 Diabetes patients
• Skills in optimizing oral hypoglycaemics
• A full driving license and current NMC registration
• IT literacy, including primary care systems
