Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a design- and technology‑focused engineer to advance Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) initiatives. You will develop subassembly strategies and libraries using Inventor, working alongside client teams and supply chain partners to drive innovative, repeatable platform solutions.

You will join a digital innovation team in London, collaborating across MMC and sustainability groups on live projects and future-building delivery.

Qualifications

Architectural or architectural technology degree.
Membership of a Professional Institute - RIBA / CIAT.
Experience delivering complex technical solutions across a wide range of sectors and coordinating offsite manufacturing solutions.
Understanding of technologies to transform how buildings are delivered.
Passion for developing next generation construction solutions using manufacturing technologies such as Inventor.

Responsibilities

Contribute to Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) projects.
Create subassembly strategies and libraries of subassemblies using Inventor and other tooling.
Collaborate with WSP engineers, MMC and sustainability teams.
Support live projects while shaping future building design and delivery.
