Job summary

Eeze is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead a growing team responsible for delivering stable, scalable platforms and infrastructure across multiple projects. You will define career paths, mentor engineers on technical and soft skills, and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders on infra, deployment and operations.

You will own delivery plans for CI/CD, cloud and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring realistic timelines, resource allocation and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing people, including hiring, performance evaluation, coaching.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison across levels.
• Strategic thinker with focus on reliability and deployment efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a DevOps team, mentoring and growth.
• Create career paths for soft and hard skills.
• Act as first point of contact for stakeholders; coordinate to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Security and stakeholders.
• Align DevOps and platform strategies with business goals.
• Establish and maintain delivery plans for CI/CD, cloud, infrastructure.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Foster automation, reliability, collaboration, continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with trends and tooling.
