We are looking to recruit an experienced hands-on DevOps Manager / DevOps Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting the DevOps standards and processes to make a real difference.

Responsibilities

1. Establish and lead a team of DevOps engineers.
2. Set consistent DevOps standards and develop team capabilities.
3. Align DevOps initiatives with business needs to deliver value.

Requirements

1. Experience in establishing and managing DevOps teams.
2. Technical knowledge of infrastructure and DevOps operations, preferably in a GCP environment; experience with Azure or AWS is also acceptable.
3. Proficiency with GCP, PHP, Kubernetes, Redis, and Couchbase.
4. Experience with Google Cloud Armor or Cloudflare is a plus.
5. Stakeholder management skills to understand and align business needs with DevOps capabilities.
