Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced hands-on DevOps Manager / DevOps Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting the DevOps standards and processes to make a real difference.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and lead a team of DevOps engineers.
2. Set and maintain DevOps standards and processes.
3. Develop the capabilities of your DevOps team.
4. Align DevOps initiatives with business needs to deliver value.

Qualifications:

1. Experience managing and leading DevOps teams.
2. Technical knowledge of infrastructure and DevOps operations.
3. Experience in GCP is preferred; experience with Azure or AWS is also acceptable.
4. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Redis, Couchbase, PHP.
5. Knowledge of Google Cloud Armour or Cloudflare is a plus.
