Job summary

Radiant is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to lead the design, delivery and reliability of our infrastructure. You will own CI/CD pipelines, cloud and Kubernetes-based orchestration, and automation that scales AI and GPU workloads.

Collaborating with Platform, SRE and Go teams, you will champion infrastructure as code, observability, and a culture of automation. You’ll shape technical direction and streamline release processes across dev to production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering and best practices.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Helm and other containerisation related tooling.
• Demonstrable scripting ability in Python, Shell and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of branching, deployment strategies including Git-based version control.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows, observability, security and automation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
• Own and evolve Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage hosted environments ensuring high availability and smooth deployment.
• Collaborate with Go engineers to streamline release processes.
• Own the observability stack with logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerts and runbooks.
• Improve developer experience and productivity.
• Drive continuous delivery for build and deployment pipelines.
• Standardise release processes for Go services with canary or blue-green deployments.
• Identify bottlenecks across the SDLC to accelerate production deployments.
• Promote a self-service DevOps culture with tooling, documentation and guardrails.
