Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated deployment pipelines across client environments. You will convert run-day scripts to orchestrated workflows and manage version tracking from development to production.

Working with Dev, TechOps, and cloud teams, you’ll enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency of the platform while contributing to documentation and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a developer (Python, Java, shell, etc.).
• Hands-on experience building and operating orchestrated deployment pipelines and production workflows.
• Strong Python and shell scripting (bash) skills.
• Experience with AWS and automating against them.
• Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and managing versions across environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Developer mindset to improve manual processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production workflows with dependencies, retries, and alerts.
• Migrate run-day and DR scripts into orchestrated deployment pipelines.
• Parameterize runtime scripts for environment-agnostic use.
• Develop tooling to track build versions across environments and automate deployments.
