Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and run automated deployment pipelines across client environments. You will convert run-day scripts into orchestrated workflows, parameterize tools, and support client deployments and run-day operations in a hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with development, TechOps, and cloud teams to scale the platform, improve reliability, and automate monitoring. A strong background in Python, Bash, AWS, and CI/CD is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 3+ years as a software developer or engineer.
• Experience building orchestrated deployment pipelines.
• Strong Python and Bash (shell) skills.
• Experience with AWS and Linux administration.
• CI/CD familiarity across multiple environments.
• SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL).
• Developer mindset with operations focus.
• Excellent problem-solving & teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Migrate run-day and DR scripts into orchestrated deployment pipelines.
• Design, build and operate production workflows with dependencies.
• Parameterize runtime scripts for environment-agnostic use.
• Develop tooling to track builds across environments.
• Onboard new clients with automation on the application side.
• Manage run-day operations and troubleshoot batch failures.
• Build AWS cloud automation using native tools and IaC.
• Create alerting/notifications to surface failures early.
• Document workflows, runbooks, and standards.
• Collaborate with dev, TechOps, and infra teams.
