Job summary

Bluecrest Capital Management’s Technology Infrastructure team operates a global hybrid platform spanning on‑premise data centres and multi‑cloud environments (Azure and AWS). We are hiring a DevOps engineering specialist (12 month FTC) to own end‑to‑end delivery and operations of our DevOps environments as part of a modernisation journey.

The role focuses on automating and standardising the platform, expanding capabilities with Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK, Prometheus, and related tooling to ensure

Qualifications

• Must have very strong Azure and AWS skills.
• Must have strong automation skills.
• Experience with pull requests and peer reviews.
• Experience with Ansible, Terragrunt and Terraform.
• Proficient in Python.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and operate DevOps environments end-to-end.
• Automate and standardise platforms across on-prem and multi-cloud.
• Work with Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK, Prometheus to support trading infrastructure.
• Support live systems with minimal guardrails and high reliability.
