Job summary

Worldpay, LLC is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join the Global Payments CI/CD Platform Team in London. You will automate AWS infrastructure with Terraform, run containerized platforms via Docker and EKS, and manage CI/CD tooling including GitHub Enterprise and Harness.

You’ll mentor teams, contribute to project plans, and advocate AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot. You will work in an agile environment, participate in code reviews and demos, and help deliver scalable, secure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform/DevOps/Cloud Engineer.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Hands-on AWS infrastructure automation and GitHub Enterprise Cloud governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Design, build, and operate containerized platforms using Docker and Amazon EKS.
• Design, build, and manage CI/CD platforms and tooling (GitHub Enterprise Runners, CloudBees Jenkins, Harness).
• Administer and govern GitHub Enterprise Cloud for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Host and operate enterprise GitHub runners for organization-wide use.
• Provide technical guidance and enablement to development teams on CI/CD platform.
