Job summary

Team Creation Limited is seeking a DevOps Engineer focused on AWS/EKS to automate infrastructure with Terraform, orchestrate containers, and implement GitOps pipelines. You will collaborate with developers and SREs in an automation-first culture to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

The role covers on-call support, incident response, cost optimization, observability, and secure workload access across AWS services, with emphasis on security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux system administration including file systems, networking, troubleshooting, and bash scripting.
• Proficiency with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, CloudWatch).
• Solid experience with Amazon EKS: cluster management, node groups, upgrades, scaling.
• Infrastructure as Code expertise, with Terraform strongly preferred.
• Hands-on CI/CD with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with Helm and Kustomize for packaging Kubernetes apps.
• Monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and least privilege, IRSA, and Kubernetes RBAC integration.
• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE focusing on AWS/EKS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment, and rollouts in AWS/EKS.
• Manage and optimize Amazon EKS clusters for production workloads.
• Implement IaC using Terraform on AWS.
• Support live production AWS/EKS environments including on-call rotations.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, scaling, observability, and secure workload access.
• Collaborate on reliability, observability, security, and AWS cost optimization.
