Job summary

the company GmbH is seeking a DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) to maintain and scale our global cloud infrastructure. You will join a collaborative technical environment where product, data engineering and AI teams rely on robust infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with production AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS).
• Practical Terraform experience including modules and state management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container deployments.
• Familiarity with backup/DR, high-availability configs and safe migrations.
• Strong collaboration and English (C1) communication; able to explain trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate and improve the global AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS).
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and version control.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and container deployment processes.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents and boost reliability.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering and AI teams for infra solutions.
• Document infrastructure and contribute to technical excellence initiatives.
