  • Support incident response for infrastructure and platform issues, carrying out day-to-day triage and resolution and contributing to post-incident improvements.
  • Implement tools for threat detection, vulnerability management, and security reporting to help mitigate issues and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to support application architecture and deployment best practice, as well as enforcing secure coding standards.
Skills and Experience:

  • Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot) to speed up scripting and pipeline development.
  • Security-conscious mindset, able to implement and maintain controls defined by others and flag gaps.
  • A collaborative and pragmatic approach, able to work effectively alongside developers and communicate infrastructure concepts clearly to non-specialists.
Ideal Qualifications:

Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools, eg: Azure Monitor, Application Insights.

Personal Profile:
  • Demonstrates tenacity, perseverance and willingness to 'get the job done'.
  • Accountable: lives up to commitments and follows through diligently.
  • Problem-solver: proactively diagnoses issues and delivers suitable solutions.
