Harvey Nash Group is seeking a Device Conformance Manager in Central London with 2-3 days onsite. The role owns the end-to-end conformance, testing, and approval process for connected TV devices and set-top boxes, coordinating with manufacturers, platform providers, broadcasters and internal stakeholders to ensure launch readiness.

• Experience in device certification, conformance, or QA processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with supplier and external partner experience.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA practices.
• Familiarity with connected TV ecosystems, consumer electronics or digital platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage device conformance and approval processes across connected TV platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for manufacturers during the certification lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing and approval activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Review test results and assess device readiness against requirements.
• Manage approvals, launch readiness reviews, risk assessments and remediation actions.
• Track exceptions, waivers and compliance deviations.
• Chair stakeholder discussions to resolve issues impacting product approvals.
• Drive improvements across conformance processes, tooling and documentation.
• Produce regular reporting on device readiness and approvals.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure value from external testing services.
