Harvey Nash Group is seeking an Embedded QA Engineer to join a specialist technology team responsible for testing, validating and improving Smart TV and connected entertainment platforms used by millions of consumers. The role is based onsite in Bedford, with a salary up to £70,000 and permanent status.

You will work on testing and QA for TV platforms, applications, and connected devices, coordinating with manufacturers, software vendors, and platform partners to ensure a seamless viewing

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded QA for consumer electronics is required.
• Background with Smart TVs, set-top boxes, or connected devices.
• Familiarity with software and hardware testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using testing and debugging tools.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own QA strategies for TV platforms and apps.
• Lead testing, validation, and approval of TV software.
