Job summary

Amazon Digital UK Limited is seeking a senior leader for the Device Certification team to ensure Prime Video delivers a high-quality streaming experience across millions of living room devices. You will build and automate certification workflows and mentor engineers to grow into software roles as processes become automated.

Responsibilities

Manage the device certification team responsible for Prime Video on Living Room devices
Oversee operational support to ensure updates don’t impact streaming experience
Design, build and support tooling for manufacturers to install, test and monitor Prime Video performance
Transition manual certification processes to automated workflows using Gen AI
Develop career growth and training plans to transition staff to software engineering as automation expands
