Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking an Assistant Technical Coordinator / Technical Coordinator to join the Technical and Design department. You will manage and coordinate the external consultant team through all stages of project procurement, ensuring disciplines are joined up and aligned with the project timeline.

Responsibilities include checking drawings, obtaining Building Regulation approvals, liaising with internal teams, and coordinating responses to planning conditions and S106/S73

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the full development/technical process.
• Professional accreditation in progress or attained.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work to programme.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Planning: manage planning conditions clearance and S106/S73 applications.
• Detailed Design: prepare design tenders and ensure coordinated working drawings.
• Site Support & Supervision: assist site teams and resolve queries; ensure CDM/EMS compliance.
• General: attend key meetings and support PMIP/Operating Framework processes.
