Job summary

Taylor Wimpey is seeking an Assistant/Technical Coordinator to manage external consultants across Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales and Adoptions, ensuring cross-discipline alignment and timely design delivery.

You will handle planning condition clearances, tender processes, and Building Regulations approvals, while coordinating design teams to meet programme targets and ensure compliant, coordinated drawing packages for both residential and non-residential projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the full development/ technical process.
• Industry related qualification.
• Attained or working towards professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE or RIBA.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the clearance of planning conditions and S106 obligations.
• Prepare design tenders, review tenders and appoint consultant teams.
• Maintain a detailed design programme and coordinated working drawings.
• Obtain Building Regulations Approvals and clear conditions to deliver CE/DB approvals.
• Coordinate with external consultants to meet project timelines.
• Support site teams with accurate sale information.
