Miller Homes Ltd is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) in the Southern region, including Frimley. You will lead the sales function from pre-start to post-completion, meet prospective customers and manage their journey, and ensure a top-quality presentation that supports strong sales outcomes.

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role.

• Ability to analyse/report on issues affecting the development.
• Able to rapidly assimilate situations and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion.
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary contact throughout customer journey.
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process.
• Take responsibility for the development’s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards.
