Job summary

N Family Club in Shoreditch, London, is hiring a Room Manager Improvement Specialist to lead and coach nursery teams across sites. You will model outstanding care, oversee daily routines, and raise standards of teaching and safeguarding in a collaborative, fast-growing early years environment.

Joining our Nursery Development Team, you’ll mentor room leaders, implement practical improvement plans, and ensure consistent delivery of the N Curriculum with strong family engagement and safe, inclusive

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an early years environment.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to maintain certification.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge or willingness to refresh regularly.
• Experience leading others, coaching or guiding a team.
• Knowledge of local authority and regulatory requirements across the UK.
• Background in delivering high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain safe, inclusive environments across nurseries.
• Lead daily routines and transitions at each nursery you support.
• Model outstanding care and education across multiple sites.
• Guide teams in delivering high-quality observations, assessments, and planning.
• Support teams in achieving Outstanding environments and practice.
• Promote continuous improvement and coaching across sites.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safeguarding and Health & Safety.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and engage families.
