Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification and Paediatric First Aid certification.
• Proven experience as Nursery Manager or senior leader.
• In-depth knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and UK regulations.
• Experience leading nurseries requiring targeted improvement and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted leadership and support to nurseries on a development journey.
• Step in as Manager in Charge to maintain operational stability.
• Embed the N Pedagogy and Curriculum to drive teaching excellence.
• Lead self-evaluation and action planning with guidance from Education Advisor.
• Maintain a strong Safety First culture with health and safety checks.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required.
• Coach, mentor and develop nursery teams for continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, retention and professional development.
• Build relationships with parents and the wider community.
• Travel across the nursery network and work across sites as needed.
