N Family Club in Shoreditch, London, is hiring a Development Deputy Nursery Manager. You’ll work within the Operations team to strengthen leadership, raise standards, and embed best practice across nurseries.

Reporting to the Development Team, you will mentor staff, support safeguarding, and drive continuous improvement in education and care. The role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for travel across development sites, with a focus on delivering high-quality early years education

Qualifications

• Experience in a nursery leadership position with strong coaching ability.
• Solid understanding of EYFS and Ofsted expectations.
• Ability to supervise safeguarding and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Step into Development Deputy Nursery Manager role in nurseries needing targeted support.
• Lead delivery of education, customer service and engaged teams aligned with vision and improvement goals.
• Promote a Safety First culture with health and safety practices and risk assessments.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required and ensure safeguarding procedures.
• Coach and mentor teams, drive continuous improvement across nurseries.
• Support operational planning, staffing, routines and rotas for smooth operations.
• Travel across development nurseries to deliver consistent support and guidance.
